  • APG Systems Service Division - A New Record
  • 1/30/2013
  • APG is pleased to announce that 2012 was a banner year for our Systems Service Division, with record sales of $2,867,166. This Division was started way back in September of 1995 to address the needs of our clients. In fact, it was their idea!  Many general contractors and owners were so impressed with our performance and workmanship that they insisted we provide this additional service. After years of hard work we have established ourselves as a top-tier systems contractor, and many of our clients choose to keep us on site after project completion to assist with maintenance and documentation.

  • APG Scores High on Workplace Safety Study
  • 11/01/2012
  • Amerisure Insurance, our workers' compensation carrier, conducted a survey among many of our employees with questions focusing on employee perception of management and the conditions found in the workplace. The survey was conducted in 2010 with a little over 50% of field employees and again this June with over 25% of our field. On October 31st, all Amerisure top management in Florida came to our Clearwater office to present the results of the study. The survey results are compared to the Amerisure Rolling Total of surveys completed, which to date includes 33,367 workers. Amerisure reported that the scores received from our surveys well exceeded the Amerisure Rolling Total in all categories!

  • Boca Ciega High School New Campus Nears Completion
  • 12/01/2011
  • In 2008, APG celebrated an exciting milestone when we were awarded the Boca Ciega High School contract with Ajax Building Corporation, which included the largest structured cabling project in our history.  Now, over three years later, the project is nearing completion and many are taking notice. During the recent grand opening celebration, officials, community members and students were wowed by the new 103,000-square-foot administration, media center, cafeteria and classroom building - the latest completed portion of this complex multi-phased venture. The new state-of-the-art facility offers a spacious, open environment for learning, with a media center nearly 10 times larger than the two jam-packed classrooms it replaced and a cafeteria that has quadrupled in size.
